Is it okay to fall asleep during a massage?
Quite the opposite! It means you have relaxed, you have let yourself go. That's a compliment to me. Furthermore, a relaxation massage can also be suitable for treating insomnia.

Should I stay in underwear?
Undress to a level that is comfortable for you. If you feel more comfortable naked, a towel is provided. If you feel more comfortable in your underwear, then stay in it.
